Tasmota doc - slider in TOC is not usable with crome browser

Go to Tasmota documentation, select for example "home / commands" and look to right side "table of contents" TOC. Because there are too much lines, a slider is there which is OK and works in Microsoft Edge browser, but not in Google Chrome.
Is it a browser problem or a fault of Material for MkDocs?

It works fine for me using the Chrome browser. Both on Linux and Windows. Maybe you have some plugin messing up stuff?
