Led_Link vs Led

Hello, please forgive a beginner for a dumb question : what is different between the two components "LedLink" and "Led" ?

Finally found the explanation at https://tasmota.github.io/docs/Lights/#addressable-leds after going through everything about RGB leds and stripes
Should have guessed LEDs were classified as "Lights" :-)

You could have found it easily with the search box in the docs pages, searching for "LedLink".

Well, I tried, but I mistyped led_link instead of ledlink in the search box as I did in this question title (i changed in my question text but was not able to update the title).
