Gas meter stops counting after a certain time

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

I have a gas meter running Tasmota 14.2.0.4. included in Home Assistant over mqtt.
It is working fine but after about 12 min it stops counting and sends old data over mqtt. If I restart the device (over a mqtt command) it starts sending the data again.
