Create a curve fan

first of all great software but I have a little problem.
no matter what fan curve I create, either the fans are not running or they are running at the default speed. Is there a minimum speed for the fans or something ? Do I have to uninstall "armory create" because when I switch modes "armory create" takes control. and also I made Omega launch at startup but it doesn't work. however I checked the box but nothing an idea? I know it's a lot of questions but my G14 is going to make me crazy and I don't want to send it back. Thank you in advance !
