Pass resources to authorization requirements

Over the weekend I was trying to extend the authorization system so that I could have contributors that could only edit resources they had created, only to find out that the auth system in Twill never passes the resource that is being edited/deleted, making such a requirement impossible.

This is one of those things that I'm not sure has not made it into v2 at least.

Happy to contribute this one if needs be.
