Can I use the browser field to create a linked record on the fly?

I have a browser field outside of blocks in a form on my twill site and it works fine. The only thing is, if a user wants to add a new entry of the kind of linked record that the browser is reading, they need to go into a separate part of the admin to create that first.

Is it not possible to create the record on the fly within the browser field ?
