Get the transaction fee from a explorer. #34
Description
We should fetch the avg. transactions fee, so that we pay the best fee price. Maybe allow the user to chose the fee?
We can use bitpay's api for that (https://test-insight.bitpay.com/api/utils/estimatefee)
