Rename integration examples

Some consistency is nice. My idea here is to use the same names as the integrations themselves, so /arcjet-node -> /examples/node:

• astro-integration — rename to astro
• bun-rate-limit — rename to bun
• deno-sensitive-info — rename to deno
• nestjs — rename to nest
• nextjs-server-actions — rename to next-edge (or just in next itself if using the edge works there?)
• nodejs-rate-limit — rename to node
• remix-express — rename to remix

Yeah, all the Next.js stuff should be able to exist in the same example package. Though, there's a little investigation that needs to be done about altering entrypoints.
