ability to identify a resource as the parent to itself

Describe the bug
Possible bug? In the ‘Parent digital resource’ card, the drop down menu allows me to select the digital resource that I am in the process of creating. This feels like a potential issue or something that will created nonsensical connections. But doing this created no errors, which surprised me.
