💻 [API/UI] Allow ADMIN to control platform settings of individual users #184
Description
Summary
The option to update platform settings is currently displayed for all MANAGER and ADMIN users. All ADMIN users should be given control over the platform settings for individual users.
This will be an extension of the existing control the ADMIN users have on other users
Scope of the issue
- Include platform settings for specific users when the ADMIN lands on the edit user page
- Control the options displayed in the UI for specific users based on the platform settings
