[UI] Option to clone existing mocks

**Feature:**
Include a UI option to clone existing mocks with all the fields

Scope:

- Include a "clone" option on the mock details page to clone an existing mock
- On clicking "clone", the UI should lead to the add mock form (similar to the edit mock flow)
- The name of the mock should include "[Copy of]" as the prefix
