Split logging by user

Summary

Currently logs show all of the content by all users, however, different users may be logged in to the same cloud instance, and can see each other's logs. These need to be separated by user id

Test case

Log in to optinist in main browser
Also log in to optinist using incognito browser with a different user log in
Import sample data in one instance
Currently the log shows this in both user logs, but it should only show in one user log
