Make ECR images all-in-one #95

Summary
Currently it takes time for users to start using optinist-for-cloud due to conda env loading. This can probably be overcome by pushing pre-loaded ECR to AWS and using those instead. However, these are very heavy, and take a long time to make and upload, so should only be done at the end for production when the app is finalised
