Update Noble AMIs node.js version

Checkout is not being updated to [latest version](https://github.com/actions/checkout/releases/tag/v5.0.0) since all Noble self hosted images are not updated with node.js 24 - see: https://github.com/aquasecurity/tracee/actions/runs/17985737882/job/51163367845. @rscampos FYI.
