1. Not sure what is txn.rawTransaction.setTransferAmount(APT_AMOUNT_OCTAS); - what are you trying to do here?
2. deposit_and_stake_entry expects a function argument of type u64 https://explorer.aptoslabs.com/object/0x70704d1f0c5009bbaf61cdac8da7eb89484e4a68f2f980ed199148660831c5bf/modules/code/gateway?network=testnet
   If this is what you were trying to do with setTransferAmount, you should include it in the functionArguments property
