I found the transaction but I couldn't see any number defined as txid.
On 03-26-2025 between 06:41-10:41 am I made 3 transactions. I transferred
16 apt from my Bybit account to my Petra account. I wanted to buy ami
before it was listed on Bybit but I accidentally bought amnis. I
transferred 16 amnis (100 USD) to my bybit account. But after this transfer
my assets disappeared. Bybit says there is a transfer with a value of 0. I
also see a transfer of 0 in my Petra account. Where is my asset worth 100
usd and how can I get it back? Who should I contact about this? Please
help. Thank you very much.

Hey @aserdar75, https://explorer.aptoslabs.com/txn/2620299684?network=mainnet This is just a random transaction I found in the Aptos explorer, just for an example. To find your transaction ID, open the explorer, locate your account using the search and provide your address, and browse through your transactions. Look for the one where you sent tokens and click on it. You should see a page like on the screenshot. Screenshot

TxID for transfer is

and TxID for convert is

Could you please check my actions and explain me 1-what I did wrong to lost
my assets, 2-is it possible to get back my assets, 3-what should I do to

To find your transaction ID, open the explorer, locate your account using
the search and provide your address, and browse through your transactions.
Look for the one where you sent tokens and click on it. You should see a
page like on the screenshot.

We're interested in the last two. The 2nd one is the swap of ~16.14 APT into ~16.14 amAPT. The first one is actually a token transfer transaction to your Bybit account, as you claim it. Here you send amAPT to your Bybit account, but as far as I know, Bybit only accepts a native token APT, and only this one can be handled on their side. You send amAPT, which is not a native token and the token is not listed on Bybit exchange. You shouldn't send amAPT there. What can you do? You could try contacting Bybit support to request the return of your amAPT to your address, but I’m not sure if they’ll be able to assist in this case. Thank you for your help. But as I see the transferred amount is 0 amApt on
transaction. Are you sure that I sent 16 amApt to my bybit account?

Hello guys, could you please tell me where can I see the TxID? I converted some Apt/usdt to amnis and transferred them to my bybit account. My coins are not in Petra wallet now and not in bybit wallet either. Bybit support asks me TxID to find my transfer but I can't find it. What should I do to get back my coins?
