I think it depends on the marketplace, marketplace contract should expose a view function to return the price

Kind of, yeah it's a lot of work. But I think that's the only way.

We are indeed thinking about building an nft aggregator so we can provide a public API to get floor price, but that's still in planning.

Would be very helpful if you can share more on why you need the floor price API and what are you building
