Automated repo hosting

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me here, I need to host a apt repo with a few requirements, this is my first time hosting a repo too so a little lost!

1. It needs the ability to be protected with authentication, I think I can do that with nginx so should be good.
2. Our deb packages get uploaded to a GCS Bucket, and as artifacts in GitHub so would need these to be added to the repo as they are released automatically
3. We use GitHub actions for CI and the repo would be hosted on a kubernetes pod.

The repo ideally would be stored in the GCS bucket.
