 When only one option to select getSelectedItem returning ""

I am dynamically adding value in `MultiSelectSpinner`, everything works fine. But when I have only one value in the list, on `getSelectedItem()` callback I am getting returning "" (Blank) Can you please check that. I have implemented in many place now suddenly found this issue. Not possible for me to change all those places I am out of time :-(
