Add tests for the theme and basic quality checks #144
Description
- SCSS files compile correctly
- Functions like
_translate()are tested via unit tests - Make files compile correctly
- All functions in the theme are translated correctly
- Test integration with the
SiteConfiguration.get_value()(needs a site config python package) - Translation files are in sync
