Generates a short lived token that allows pushing to main for auto-release workflows, like re-generating the changelog, updating the version in the project, and creating a GitHub tag and release. Only gives the necessary permission to write to the specific repository's contents and workflows.

This app is only necessary if you set a strict branch protection ruleset that prevents pushing to the main branch. Otherwise, using GitHub Action's default permissions key is simpler approach than using this app.

This app is mainly used by the Seedcase Project and rostools organizations to centralise their workflows.
