[Question] Live caller id lookup onboard

I have been working to implement Apple's Live Caller ID feature, which requires setting up a relay server. Following Apple's guidelines, I submitted a request through the provided link to utilize Apple's relay server. However, it's been three weeks, and I have yet to receive a response. I contacted Apple Support, but they indicated that this is a technical matter beyond their scope.​

Has anyone successfully received confirmation from Apple regarding the use of their relay server for Live Caller ID? If so, could you share your experience or any advice on how to proceed?

As the author of the forum post you linked, I can confirm that we eventually got the Live Caller ID feature working across all environments (dev/beta/prod) after making some adjustments. However, we haven't received any response from Apple since submitting our request in September, so I'm not sure if they're supposed to respond at all. Apple Support told us the same thing they told you - that this is a technical team matter, beyond their scope of assistance.

Yes, it's working for our app from the App Store, so the relay service is functioning.
