Add form for applying for money on the page #53
Description
Currently the user has to send an email. Would be cool that you could fill out a form within the website to apply.
Some restrictions would be necessary then:
- Recaptcha for filling out the form
- User should be authenticated through auth0 (auth0 integration is in development in another branch)
