v5 tracking issue

Description

This issue is for tracking the main changes in v5 so we don't forget things in the migration guide

Behaviour changes:

• Add cacheInterceptor() and autoPersistedQueriesInterceptor() #6455
• Allow to generate Data Builders outside the main source set #6485

Removed APIs

• Remove PackageNameGenerator and OperationOutputGenerator #6494
• Remove ApolloIdlingResource #6492
• Update deprecations for v5 #6496
