Cluster Annotations and Expand on Zoom #5102

Summary
It would be very useful to have a way to cluster annotations on a chart.
Currently, when multiple annotations (points, lines, or regions) are very close to each other, they overlap and make the chart hard to read. A clustering mechanism could group nearby annotations together and expand them on hover or click, similar to how marker clustering works on maps.
Additionally, when zooming in, the cluster should automatically “explode” into the individual annotations, making it easy to inspect each one without visual clutter.
This feature would greatly improve readability when working with large datasets that require many annotations.
