Disabled text after clicking (radialBar)

Good afternoon! I need that every time I click on my graphic the text is not selected, that is to say, the text is shown by default when I pass the mouse, but when I click on the circle, I have a functionality to open a Modal, but I don't want the text to be fixed, but when I close the Modal, it will be blank again.

How can I achieve this?
