stacked bar doesn't show negative numbers with Prototype JavaScript framework!

Hello I hope I am right here and someone can help me!
The charts (type: bar) with apexchart does not work with "Prototype JavaScript framework".

The chart (type: bar, stacked: true) does not show the negative numbers!
They get stuck at the bottom of the 0.
Without https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/prototype/1.7.3.0/prototype.js it works fine!

Are there any solutions to solve the problem and continue using the JavaScript framework?
