How to display annotation value labels stacked on yaxis in a candle stick chart

If there are multiple annotations with similar values, the annotation labels may overlap and the values may not be visible. liket this:

So, I thought it would be nice to display the values on the yaxis as well, and here, display the values stacked instead of overlapping. like this:

Is there any way to achieve this?
