Update Chart Title during Export

I have a chart, which depends on parameters for showing different values. So I am putting the chart Title externally to the chart. But when I am exporting the chart to PNG, that time I need the chart Title to be added to the exported chart. Is there any way to achieve this ? I want to dynamically add the title during export to PNG .
