During initial animation: line elements scattered over the x-axis

Has anyone encountered these animation drawings during the initial animation?

Is there an option to omit the initial one and only animate follow up animations (for zoom etc.)?

The lines appear on initial drawing, while the chart is building/expanding from the lower left corner across the width of the graph
