Manually call Export to CSV method from a external button.

I see within the Toolbar.js file there is a handleDownloads() method which instantiates the Exports class and uses that to export as a CSV format.

Is it possible to trigger the export to CSV event from another button?

I would also like to note that I currently use the ng-apexcharts library within angular too.
