Horizontal bars are not supported in mixed/combo chart

I am calling this chart (in Vue) as follows;

I get the warning;

Horizontal bars are not supported in a mixed/combo chart. Please turn off plotOptions.bar.horizontal, but obviously, setting horizontal to false makes the bars vertical. To me it looks as if horizontal bars are supported since the chart displays properly so I don't know why the warning is showing up. Am I doing something wrong or is this an oversight?
