Need help in datetime charts to make unavailable data 0

This is a simple datetime chart, actual data I'm working on is different its an example to demonstrate easily.

Main problem I need help is with date 12 FEB, for some reason I don't have data for this date, so I want to show 0 for this date, but currently its picking average of 11 and 13 feb.

Can anyone help me with that?
