Scroll / notDisplay null point

Hello,

I have some questions if you could help me please

1. I would like to know how I can set up a scroll with the mouse (without selection) (middle mouse button)
2. also if it is possible not to exceed the hours (the top bar starts from 00h to 23h). (i dont want to be able to scroll out of the data range)
3. When I use the "pan" functionality, when I have empty values (x), the labels are not displayed normally (loosing rotation on X label ?)
