In Stacked Graph, tiny bar's label is disappear.

In Chart using stacked bar, datalabel is good to see. but when very tiny value of stacked, then value is not appear in bar cause of bar is too small to show labels.

I try anchor, formatter in datalabels but nothing possible what i want.
It seems to be simple, but i can't handle this problem.. can anybody help me?

I want show that tiny red bar's datalabel.
