How can I edit a value when is exported?

Hi all. I'm exporting a csv file from a heatmap chart. The thing is I have data and when is -1 I need to change that to an empty value(column 3 in the pic). Exist a way to do that?

And the other thing is, how can I see the Y axix as a columns and not as a row?
