Separate UI into another package

I use meteor-tags but not any of the provided UI since I implemented my own by integrating with selectize. The integration was very simple! I think that splitting the package into meteor-tags and meteor-tags-ui would allow for a lot more use cases.

@patrickleet that's actually something I've been thinking about for some time. If you provide some PR I would be hot to merge it. Also would you consider to publish you UI package on atmosphere?

I'm not interested in making a UI package, I don't need one. It's so lightweight that it just seems pointless and less configurable. I did remove the UI from a version here: https://github.com/patrickleet/meteor-tags

I'm happy to submit a pull request if you'd like to publish it to atmosphere, otherwise, I think I will soon as I'd like to remove my dependency on meteorite. You're the original author so I'll leave that up to you.
