[SE] Console Compatibility

I understand that much of the torch community doesn't care about crossplay, but I think it would be awesome to host crossplay servers with Torch.

The main problem with this right now is that Torch requires injecting a regular mod into the game so that plugins can show certain screens on connected clients. To support consoles this would have to be disabled on crossplay servers.
