hackage doesn't have the 0.15 release

Describe the bug

There is no 0.15 release on hackage, hindering some Linux distributions to update.

Version and Runtime Information

I do not use it at all jsut realized the version mismatch between git and hackage in a matrix discussion.

Expected behavior

https://hackage.haskell.org/package/hledger-flow lists the same versions that are also available as tags or releases in GitHub.

what still needs to be done to get this latest version published to hackage? Currently waiting on this so that the nixpkgs can update this package to the latest version.
