Apache could not be started due to an error - Rebuild?

Hello guys!

I've been thrown a bit of a curve ball here. I know very little about apache so I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. Essentially Apache is down and cannot be retarted. I am seeing the following error upon attempting a restart:

@AllOnMyOhm there are 300+ projects in Apache Software Foundation, and SkyWalking is one of them, every project has their own community, so you cannot ask a question of project A in community B.
