eBPF Profiling Tasks Created Successfully but No Profiling Data Visible in UI - Service Mesh Setup

Hi SkyWalking community,

I've successfully set up a comprehensive service mesh monitoring environment with Istio + SkyWalking + Rover, but I'm encountering an issue where eBPF profiling tasks are created in OAP but Rover is not receiving them, resulting in no profiling data generation.

Current Setup:
Istio 1.25.1 with ALS (Access Log Service) enabled
SkyWalking OAP 10.2.0 with UI 10.2.0
SkyWalking Rover (ghcr.io/apache/skywalking-rover/skywalking-rover:ade721cddcd5d32fed322ebfdf3de28107317cdd)
OpenTelemetry Collector 0.96.0 for Istio metrics ingestion
6 microservices (user, product, order, payment, notification, frontend)

What's Working:

• Service mesh topology visualization (ALS data flowing correctly)
• Rover process discovery (detecting all application services)
• eBPF profiling task creation (ON_CPU, OFF_CPU tasks created successfully)
• Individual service detection (no longer grouped under "mesh-application")

The Issue:

• eBPF profiling tasks are being created in OAP and visible in SkyWalking UI
• Rover logs show NO "received 1 profiling task" messages
• Rover logs show NO "profiling task has been started" messages
• No actual profiling data (flame graphs, stack traces) is generated
• Tasks appear in the "eBPF Profiling" tab but remain empty

Technical Details:

• Tasks are created via CronJob using swctl commands successfully
• Rover is detecting processes correctly with proper service names
• Rover logs only show process discovery, NO profiling task reception
• Rover is running with DEBUG logging enabled
• No errors in Rover or OAP logs

Questions:

1. Why is Rover not receiving profiling tasks from OAP despite tasks being created?
2. Are there specific configuration requirements for Rover to fetch profiling tasks?
3. Could this be a task distribution or timing issue?

Environment:

• Kubernetes cluster (kind)
• Istio 1.25.1
• SkyWalking OAP 10.2.0
• SkyWalking Rover (latest development version)
• Application services running Python/Gunicorn
