Support virtual thread executor

Since JDK 21 released the virtual thread feature.
I would like to contribute a new Instrumentation of Executors.newVirtualThreadPerTaskExecutor()

I think it should be good. We are not using this in the agent kernel, you could add a new bootstrap plugin for this.
