Unclear how to use mvnenc with GPG under Windows

1. Invoke mvnenc init
2. Master Source Lookup Dispatcher
3. GPG Agent
4. AWS/GCM/NoPadding
5. When prompted for gpg-agent:$agentSocketPath enter the value returned by gpgconf --list-dirs agent-socket
6. Save changes
7. mvnenc diag fails with Configuration validation of MasterDispatcher: INVALID

Can you invoke mvnenc with -e? Like mvnenc -e and perform the reproducer steps?

@cstamas I'm having a problem reproducing the problem because mvnenc init no longer creates the same prompts:

The selected masterSourceLookup dispatcher has no sources, it merely delegates to them.
Choose master "Master Password Dispatcher"
