[MCHANGES-407] Aggregate Report Sorting

The maven-changes-plugin does not seem to be sorting entries in the aggregate report for a reactor.

Information about the build:

• it is a parallel build, running -T 2C
• it is java 8
• maven-changes-plugin 2.12.1
• It is using changes.xml entries
