Minio changed to source-only distribution #14450

Important: The MinIO community edition is now distributed as source code only. We will no longer provide pre-compiled binary releases for the community version.
That means minio/minio:latest will no longer be updated. Shall we build the docker image ourselves in CI or migrate to another S3-compatible storage?
