Maybe I am blind, but opendal doesn't seem to provide an easy way to spawn everything on an IO runtime?

Can be implemented like https://github.com/databendlabs/databend/blob/main/src/common/storage/src/runtime_layer.rs

I will extract them to opendal upstream so that we can use it directly. OpenDAL is also working on an executor that can support this natively without an extra layer.
