Are you asking about examples in notebooks or python files that start and run ctakes? If that is your question then my answer is "not officially." ctakes is mostly a java application, and is normally started and run as such.
You could use the ctakes Python-Bridge-to-Java, ctakes-pbj (1), to wrap a ctakes java pipeline. This would require setting "reader PbjReceiver" (2) in your ctakes piper file (3) and creating a pbj python pipeline that reads your documents and sends the text to ctakes.
If you are new to ctakes then this is not necessarily an easy task, and we should definitely have an example of using pbj as a simple python wrapper for ctakes. Creating one is a good idea. If I have time this evening I will create one.
