You can use the ctakes dictionary creator gui to create a new dictionary and include icd10 codes within it. See https://github.com/apache/ctakes/wiki/Dictionary-Creator . Step 5. briefly mentions selecting a vocabulary with your codes of interest.
The bottom of that page also mentions how to point ctakes (the Fast Dictionary Lookup) to that dictionary. The easiest method is to use the -l (dash lowercase L) command line parameter, but if that makes your command line too long then specifying the dictionary location in your piper file within the "add DefaultJCasTermAnnotator" line is also fine.

Thanks, Sean. I understand that cTAKES uses vocabularies from UMLS, but I’d like to use my own vocabulary, such as ICD-10 CA or ICD-10 AM (10th edition). How can I add a new vocabulary list that isn’t available in UMLS but that I have in a CSV file (with ID, Code, and Description)?
