[BUG]: GH actions context not working

Required GH actions - especially to context names - doesn't work as expected. Trying to fix this with INFRA. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-25815

Adjust GH_SHA and NAME_OF_REQUIRED_CHECK!
