no possibility to log in to cs #10788

In the lab environment after a power failure and a restart of the whole thing, we lost the ability to log in to cs (via ui but cmk doesn't work either). The management server works, there are no errors in the logs, the admin login and password are accepted but logging in takes forever. cmk doesn't list anything. I don't know how to diagnose something like this? Maybe someone has encountered something similar, version 4.19.0. Is it possible to start VM without access to cs? |

Everything seems to be in perfect condition, we restored db from backup just in case. Cache cleared etc. Server seems to work ok, system VMs started, only login doesn't work. |

@PPisz , it sounds something is off in the data , most likely due to the forced/uncontrolled shutdown.
It seems to me you should shutdown the management servers and then in the mshost table in the db, cleanup the record for 192.168.10.11 by setting the state to “Down”. Could you try that?
